   I actually think that I witnessed the ultimate faceplant outside Northumbria uni:
   
   1. Snow/ice everywhere after it had begun to thaw earlier this year.
   2. Person in wheelchair getting pushed at quite a steady speed by their carer.
   3. Wheel hits ice boulder and person in wheelchair launches face first into the ice & snow.
