Was in Edinburgh yesterday and there couldn't have been more than a dozen tents 'occupying' the grass in the middle of St Andrew Square. No police and nobody seemed to give a fuck.

I kind of understand where they're coming from. It's peaceful but seems to be getting them nowhere. For the time being, anyway.

It's not a mental divide. It's simply 'they' are occupying, I'm not.

Fucking hell, bit of sand in your clout this morning? I was merely stating what I saw in Edinburgh.

Suppose we'll see you at Grey's Monument this weekend then?

^ what happened here then? Looks like MaGoo is arguing solo, unless there has been an admin cover up. Speaking of people talking to themselves, I saw the madest bloke on earth in London last Saturday - he was walking round Kings Cross with an imaginary machine gun blowing people away. Kept me entertained for an hour....now I'm rambling to myself

Is it just me or is the "camp" in Newcastle looking a bit like a poor mans attempt at a protest?

Oh look who is joining the Occupy crowd "UK Uncut joins Occupy protest" it is no surprise to me as Occupy are quite clearly not just against banks & they have so many common goals/targets as UK Uncut. Can't seeing it boosting numbers on the ground that much as I would think the people already on the ground are supporters of both movements.
