Aaron Eckhart played 2-face, brilliant as both characters, along with the whole cast there wasn't a bad performance from anyone!

Some scenes with the Joker were amazingly tense ie scar stories (trying not to spoil!)

Overall its the best film Ive seen at the pictures this year, albeit being 2 and a half hours long!

    Really enjoyed it.

Watched batman begins on the night after i watch the dark knight...

i think Begins has better things in it, but has a shitter bad guy.

Heath Ledgers performance wasnt just hyped up, it really was brilliant.

Both fantastic films. But the difference in gotham from Begins to the Dark knight is huge. In batman begins it looks fictional and like a fantasy city. On Knight it just looks like new york

it was mostly filmed in chicago. the way theyve made gotham look like a 'proper' city this time is one of my favourite things about the whole film

I wouldnt say best film ever

Has it got the longevity of films like The Godfather, Shawshank and Pulp Fiction?

no not at all theres a hell of a lot of films better than TDK, but i thought that was worth posting as some people obviously think it is.

Yeah fair point, when big films just come out they always start really high in the rankings then drop steadily. Basically because everyone voting has already wanted to see this already at the cinema.

It was good, but nowhere near the best film ever.

I also prefer the darker more fictional gotham on Batman begins, rather than the standard city on The Dark Knight. As far as im concerned batman is a comic character, and the city should have remained fictional.

The joker was brilliantly sinister, yet.. why the hell would anyone work for him... no idea how the hell he got minions.

no one in the world would work for him!

Exactly mate. The Gotham City in Nolans films isn't the Gotham city I love from my favourite interpretations from the comic books, it's too realist.

There's a couple of brilliant interpretations of Gotham City in that Gotham Knight manga-style animation that's just came out.

    Second Time Around

I seen this again on wednesday, i had to watch Batman Begins before hand..

Once again the movie was class, a think Heath Ledger was defo
the man of the moment, followed closely by Christian Bale

there was a few scene that freaked me out a bit... the hospital scene was mint.. a totally didnt expect to see Ledger in nurses uniform.. made my night  apart from the white face

    Rating 10/10 Spot on..

Heath Ledger.... RIP FELLA.. you are the man :worship:

We've went down from 3 copies to 2 copies this week at Silverlink. Reckon we'll have 2 copies of it for another few weeks at least mate, same with most other cinemas i'd expect, so you've got plenty of time to catch it.

Watched it again the other night like, awesome film.
