hahaha, well rozz, i did have the hd 25sp's beforehand, which were ok, and i know the 25's are shithot, not putting them down, it was a hard decision, but i got sick of the whole hd25's the way they sat on my head and didnt really feel that cumfy, plus the wires are really crap and they wore and tore and i ended up spending 20 quid on new covers!!! 20 twatting quid! so i thought id get the new hdj1000's which are built to last apparently, and so far ive had no probs with them, not a scratch on them, durable, and sound quality sounds better than the hd25's!!

but anyways, i think the argument here has to be won with - PERSONAL PREFERENCE!!!!!!!!! not every good dj has hd25's, or the sony's or pioneers!!! each has their own to suit. I like my pioneers now, phil loves his sennheisers and others like their sony's .... down to what you mix, how you mix, how you listen, where you are - personal preference on what makes you feel more comfortable i reckon. They are all good, all hav there bad qualities and good qualities. So they are all as good and as bad as each other!!!! Sound fair?

haha! I know you had the SP's, which are different to the ones I like and prefer. The reason I remember your sp's was the fact that one time you wouldn't shut up about how good they were! Its definately down to personal preferance, I just like to have little disagreements with certain people as it gives me something to laugh at! :D

Fizz could have only been referring to his SP's, which you backed him up on. I think you should read it properly, or just shut up!

    this thread is so crap.

who actually cares that much about their headphones?

if i had some Tandy £4.50p ones i could still probably mix with them.

Ok I admit I was being a bit childish but I was talking about the fact that fizz was making a point about how comfortable his head phones were, and my point was that sennheiser arnt designed ergonomically for Djs (regardless of type)!!! It just happened to not say SP in a quote which was convenient for my reply :p coz it was exactly my point!!!

still wating for reply to this post Phil???

    Let the argument roll on!!!:spangled:
