    mista k - my point was that people should examine their reasons for putting on events.

    its hardly a burn on melt as you say,

    detox was (and still is - circa sept 2009) grabbing much sought after (by many others) "top 3 night" in/of the north in mixmag way back when danny was still wearing white gloves and coating his balls with vix vapour rub.

    my point was all this "getting featured in jazz mags" is just a load of gash.

    all i am interested in is going to the type of party no one else is putting on.
    irrespective of whether lineups are the latest cooler than coolness

    NOTE - that is in no way a sleight on the "saviour", AS he is more than used to my board banter by now
