We were well beaten. Cisses goal should have stood but we we were lucky with other decisions. I have no complaints about the scoreline but I am disappointed with the teams performance. Cabaye just looks unfit at the moment. HBA is fat as fuck. Why on earth Pardew put Shola on is beyond me - the Gouf was playing well. Debuchy was not tracking back enough. Tiote seemed to be going missing all the time. Kruls injury didn't help either. Bad day all round really

Disagree about Tiote, thought he was our best player, was the only one putting decent tackles in and not giving the ball away

I wouldn't get too ahead of yourselves, it's only one game and derby's are always a one-off in terms of form. Different when you have to go to Villa who are also scrapping to stay up, and you have to play Everton as well, your bogey team and they are still fighting for Champions League spot. Very different motivating your players for the derby than it is for the other games. And I doubt you'll play anyone else who played as badly as we did.

Enjoy the victory against us, but don't get too carried away with the rest of the season just yet.

Maybe you are right James, I had a downer on the game after the first 20mins - we just looked lacklustre. I expect to see a different team emerge against WBA next week.

thought i'd reply, in the cold light of day, rather than the usual of piping up more than i should, when oiled..haha (see my idea for a usb breathalyzer for dragon's den)

you lot didn't look in it...no bookings in the first few mins from us, gave me some hope as to how the nerves were...we wanted it everywhere and really put a performance in that i haven't seen from us, in a good while...

cisse wasn't offside, i'll give you that..on the flipside, taylor got a free kick awarded, very early on, when sess hadn't touched him - taylor slipped over..had the ref played on (as he should have done), then sess would have been 1/1 with krul...

was it gouffran (sp), who put a red card tackle in, on adam johnston?

a bad day at the office for you lot, but it happens...

yeah if cisses stood it would have been a different day, but it also should have been a red card.

i'm more than happy for you to get one good result against every however many years it is, whilst we keep finishing above you - gives you bragging rights for one game, but us for a season overall.

However, what would be hilarious is if you still get relegated despite beating us, then it would have been for absolutely nothing.

    We shall see.

Our players have been with moves for ages now, and yet they are still here.

Might be difficult for you having to watch Mignolet in goal for Arsenal next season....
