hmmm, most of my films are DivX...

i don't d/l mixes apart from the odd essential mix so thats no worries for me, plus i'm pretty selective about the tracks I d/l so i've probs only got about 6gb, of which I only listen to about 1...

the pulling point of the zen is the battery life.. and I think i'm right in assuming the nano doesn't come with a mains charger?

That little creative is lush! Not seen that before. Get that one :D

definatley that over the nano, creative do actually piss on apple in terms of performance and reliability. Admittedly some of their players arn't so easy on the eye, but so. All Apple sell on is it's looks, and people by them because 'everybody else has one'

and yeah, no mains charger with the nano!

    Creative :king:

True, the clickwheel interface is probably the best on the market, but it's not as if the rivals interfaces are particularly more difficult to use

Only the first batches of Nano's were affected - thinner than normal screen protection apparently - they should be fine now.

get an ipod, they're the shit.

functionality, looks, software winner all round.

the only gripe i have with mine is the batt life but they have sorted that out.

all the other mp3 players on the market look like they've been designed by commodore or something, ugly fuckers.

this is my dilema... nano is still winning it for me atm!

why spend millions on product development, then make it look like a BBC computer?

surely someone in the mp3 market other than sony has twigged the reason people are buying i-pods?

i get the impression that people are anti apple in the same way they are unnecissarily anti microsoft...

i've never had a problem with ANY MS products, the alternatives have always been second rate, ie. wordperfect, lotus etc. yet people still feel the need to constantly slate them?

people download firefox and rave on about it, but i've been using IE for 10 years and never had a single problem.. it browses the web, what more do you want from it? If anything firefox is less functional than than ie. in the way frames/images are slower to load up if at all...

i agree with some of that but the firefox stuff you are talking is bull.

firefox is twice as fast as IE, frames load fine. It has great popup blocking and its built in download bit keeps track on files.

i bloody love firefox. the amount of spyware that corrupts ie is unbelievable. firefox knows the score :)
