Tried just attaching them to a post?

Its just below the smilies when you reply.

The other option is to upload them to Imageshack and then attach them in your message using the "[I M G]" tag usinf the url imageshack gives you..

    for example [I M G]http://www.imageshack.us/adgdsgs/134658screenie10g.jpg[/I M G]

    :)

    Yeah it does.

You're using a socket 478 motherboard, so the fastest CPU you can upgrade to is a 3.06ghz if I'm not mistaken.

It may be helpful to get screenshots of the motherboard and memory pages too, that way we can work out what ram you're using (and therefore how much you can fit in and how much it'll cost you).

After a bit of research on the i845 chip set it looks like he can run either SD or RD RAM.

It also looks like the motherboard may have an agp slot.
Screen grabs of the Display, PCI/AGP and GPU pages would also come in handy.

Btw.. the best prices I can find for socket 478 p4s are -

    2.8GHz Intel Pentium® 4 S478 CPU "Prescott" (533FSB) 1MB Cache *OEM* - £102.55

    Intel P4 Prescott 3.0 [OEM,1MB,478] - £126.08

Or u could pick up a Celeron chip (nat as good but may be ok for Champ man and the occasional surf on the net)

    Intel Celeron D335[2.8,RET,478,533] - £61.04

Here's a link to give you an idea of processor prices.CLICK

Your motherboard can take up to 1Gb PC 133 SDRAM and should have 3 slots, one of which will already be used so you could get 1 strip of 256MB and a strip of 512MB.

    Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure that he can only run a 533 fsb.. although I'm not certain.

Your right, although I think 533 is the maximum overclocked speed.
This link says its only 400Mhz! CLICK

Just had a quick look and found a 2.6Ghz for £119.85

Those shots are good.. they tell us that you are running 256MB SD-RAM, PC133.. therefore perhaps another 256 and a 512 module (which will bring u up to a gig) will be useful.

Now just take shots of the GPU and PCI/AGP information. This will let us know if you are running a PCI or AGP card.

Then you can decide if it is worth upgrading the components you have at the mo or just get new gear.. :)

It varies between motherboards, mine only has two, whereas the machine I built for my dad next door has six.

Yeah I was.. but as conway says it varies amoung setups.

Your graphics card is a 64MB leadtek Geforce 2 AGP card.
Therefore you could upgrade to a decent setup for very little.

I'll quickly do a few wrough setups for ya and post em later :)
