bad joe. you can't use illerate as a plural.

it is an adjective, which only becomes a noun when used together with the subject.

i.e. an illiterate person. therefore the plural would be illiterate people.

practice what you preach. :p :D

Actually if you consult your dictionary you'll find:

    illiterate noun
    someone who is illiterate

The word illiterate can be used as a noun to describe someone who is illitertae :D so by that logic you can have illiterates :D

Not to piss on your parade or anything :p

    illiterate

adj 1: not able to read or write [ant: literate] 2: ignorant of the fundamentals of a given art or branch of knowledge; "ignorant of quantum mechanics"; "musically illiterate" [syn: ignorant] n : a person unable to read [syn: illiterate person, analphabetic]

    ???

my parade is quite dry thanks. it only becomes a noun once used with a subject.

work is dull, i have the following options.

a.) sit and sift through a box of title deeds, cross-checking them against our computer database.

    b.) bicker with joe.
