front usb hubs?

    front usb hubs?

    how are these connected internally? cause it can't be pci, so what do you use? is it the same as you connect hard drive, cd player whatever?

    They connect to one of the USB pin headers on the motherboard (a little block or two of 9 pins, 4 pins for each port and an unused pin). You should go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the manual for your board, this will show you where they are located, and which wire goes to which pin. If you're attaching them and you're unlucky enough to have to attach each wire separately, it can be quite fiddly, so take out PCI cards, wires, anything in the vicinity, so you have easy access to the pin headers.
