Flatmate Wanted Claire is leaving Princess Towers in July so we are looking for a new flatmate. Rent is £350 approx for a double room all bills included - water, gas, council tax, broadband, sky, TV licence, 'leccy, contents insurance, landline but not calls. House is three-storey town house on Staiths in Gateshead, only two years old, furnished. 15minute walk from town - right on bus routes, Metro Centre five minutes away. No smokers (it's in the tenancy agreement we can't smoke), no students or mongs. Must be be VERY clean and tidy. Drop me or Princess Jane a PM. PS we have one small very clean cat called Stella who is v timid round new peeps, unless you're a huge tom-cat in which case she is a raving slut. I blame the parents.
It is variable depending on how much 'leccy, gas and water is used. The house is almost brand new and the estate is very quiet. The only snag is I am fully OCD when it comes to cleaning and housework - we have a rota for it but are looking into hiring someone as we all work so much - this could bump the rent up by another £30 each. So basically nee scruffy bastards LOL
under no circumstances should you let this character in your house. i'm not kidding you'll come in from a work one day and he'll be sat there wearing nothing but your underwear and a fully loaded shotgun. you'll get both barrells in the face before you can shout "don't shoot ginger boy ! - of course I love you" honest he might come to you with a reference from the day centre that he goes to but it's probably a forgery - either that or he's bumming the carer who wrote it. you have been warned
