john thornhill is making it so that no bonus is going to b over £250..thats a piss take..there were advisers on £1500 + per mth.....they're also putting the broadband sales no. on letters sent out to custs who have failed highway orders so that we get the call..it dilutes our bonus!!! they're a bunch of fucking twats!!!! :evil:

I was pulling between £800 - £1000 every month, gonna be getting about £270 at the most for the time being, gutted!
And they fucked my pay up today:evil: :evil: :evil:
I did my satisfaction survey yesterday, totaly kicked off on it!
I don't want to talk about it anymore!

i forgot to tell u that a lad in my team had a bigwig sitting next to him & he started going on bout how shit it was & how morale was so bad & why they've changed the offer & ivr!! turns out she was a call director from somewhere else that kathleen dobie has brought in to help improve things!!!
