    police wont "snipe" anyone unless hes trying to kill people.... if hes just mouching about the hills they are powerless.

    i wonder if there are SAS in there dressed as police... I wouldnt be suprised the police have absolutly no skills what so ever when it comes to tracking and house entry/clearing.

    na its on the bbc website latest.. they are sending over 20 armoured vehicles with equipment, metropolitan are sending 8 vehicles each containing 3 fellas and some snipers.

    but i totally agree.. i would guess at a small element of special forces dressed as the law doing the house clearance stuff and some of the more intensive stuff over rough terrain... as far as im aware armed police stick to hiding behind police cars..

    The tracking is maybe a grey area. But CO19 will be specially trained in house entry/clearing.
