Promise and the Gallery at Turnmills are (in my limited experience) probably the only remaining 'underground' feeling clubs left in the UK.......
On an average week i might listen to 50 hours of dance music, of which 10% of it is trance... the rest is prog, breaks, techno etc etc... Doesnt...

id prefer faders than knobs for eq's - trying to kill bass and/or switch them accurately very quickly is a right pain in the arse with rotary...
