Windows 7 64bit/Google Chrome here. It's taking quite some time like. Been the odd occasion where I've assumed I hadn't clicked post and tried to do it again, only to receive a message saying I could only post every so often. Feels a bit like 56k or something ancient like that.

Out of curiosity, what happens when you use firefox or IE?

I'm using firefox here and get no slowdown.

The issue with safari is due to a jquery-related bug, I'm told there is a fix in the works for it.

I'm investigating whats wrong with Rossy's Chrome - it's possible the same bug affects that browser as well.

Any chance you can change the 'whats new' button to show all last posts? It just seems that it only brings up new threads at the minute, and not every new post

When I try and log in from Macbook Pro, the log in at the top, you cant see the user name field properly, just the very bottom of it, and not enough to see if you have actually typed in it or not

If it helps, Im running Safari on OSX

It does help, the only people reporting problems so far are running Safari or Chrome so I suspect it's an issue between the jquery plugin and those browsers.

If anyone using any other browser gets a similar problem, let me know here please
