Parcel companies For gods sake! My most recent nightmare is with business post. Goods come on Friday....im not in so i rang up when i got in and told them i would collect today... It was then "taken off the job sheet for delivery and would stay in the warehouse" Lo and behold, i go to collected it "oh its been sent out for delivery, you will have to come back tomorrow" I had a similar thing with Parcel Force not so long ago and I thought there would be no chance it would happen again so soon... I was mistaken. How hard can it be to follow simple instructions for gods sake, i dont know why they dont put a * when you book saying "you may specify a delivery time/location if you wish, but you might aswell not bother as we will deliver when and where we sodding feel like it at the most possible inconvenience to you" :bang:
