im an insomniac getting a bit sick like off not being able to sleep much

I can sleep very well, as soon as my head hits the pillow! Y dont u try and get sum sleep? Whats stopping u sleeping?

god knows! i sleep about 4 hours a night been like that for about 3 r 4 months tryed allsorts off night nurse and other simular shit think if it goes on much longer ill get myself to the doc's

think i will at first i diddnt mined as i was night shift but now its a pain in the arse cause i go to bed and just lie awake

Im not tired and im also playing pool

Ive jus rubbed my eye and lost a contact so im currently half blind and my eye is so bloodshot it has changed into a dark shade of magenta ...really need to get to bed
