Im still waiting for me sodding uni to ring me back, got the grades, so whats the fukking delay!!!!???

I did just as I expected really.. although i was expecting a D or an E for Sociology.

Just : C for double ICT (Worth one whole A level, not just an AS) and U in Sociology (cocked up the exam) and U in General Studies (same as most others apart from my mate who got an E).

I would have been gutted if I'd failed ICT.. the amount of work I put into it (squeezing one whole A level into one year is alot of work, 4 teachers and 8 topics each with massive courseworks).

why ring the uni if you got the grades? i should hope that someone who claims the "intelligence" required to go to uni, would know that the phone lines are there for people who didnt get the grades?

didn't get any results myself, but i took the morning off work to go and collect my g/f's results with her.

think i was actually more nervous than her!

everything was fine though she got 3 A's and a B and got into york university. dropped her off @ the pub and now i'm stuck @ work while she is getting pissed in the sun.

Haha everyone up here's thick as fuck!

My Cousin who's older than me, got 7A*s, 2As and a B in her GCSEs, and A for Maths and Physics and B for Phsychology A level got a C in her General Studies. No one gave a toss about it when we were doing it, it was just 'that thing we had to do'. When I took both the GS exams, I'd just had 2 Sociology ones in the morning. So had alot of people, I was knackered and I'm thick anyway!

because...... we had to cheak via the ucas website for confirmation, nd it aint came up, so for peace of mind i rang em.... nd am still waiting for confirmation now, its well frustarating! xx

Dont worry bout the uni's if uve got the grades u'll b fine, once ur at uni u'll realise how shit the management and admin of the places are - piss up in a brewery springs to mind!

Just go out and enjoy 2nite wiv every1, cos as bin said its one of those once in a lifetime things n u wont forget it
