    Nokia 8210 Codes

I have just bought a Nokia 8210 off a works website which i thought i would be able to use my 02 sim card on but it turns out after its asked for my Pin No it then asks for a Security Code for which i dont have - is there anyone on here that works for a company of knows any security codes as i dont know what network the phone was on until tomorrow at work - i really need the phone for the weekend too :(

Basically id need security codes for like :Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone just cos it may of been on one of them !

If it was on 02 Mobile then it would of worked with my sim and it dont !

    Thanks Very Much

    :D :D

I can find out tomorrow at work but am just worrying in case the phone turns out that it will never work on my sim card

I hope that it just needs unblocked or not even that and the bloke that i bought it off knows the security code for his network !

The default is either 12345 or 54321 for Nokias so it will be that unless someone has changed it John :D I think its 12345

    dont worry...

it sounds like they have setup a security code...maybe for change of sim.

so if fone is stolen and sum1 tries to use their sim it wont work without the code,,,,

hoeevr a dont think it will be default one m8...

so wot u will av to do is take sumwhere and have the s/w reset or summit - about a tenner....

sum wont do it cos they will think its stolen - so take to a little scruffy shop ;)

or buy cable for tenner and do urself - its ded easy m8.
