Official Cream Ibiza Classics Tour Newcastle on Friday 3rd August at Club LQ.

We have a dance massive line up for you; fresh from the White Isle we have Mr Ibiza himself Alex P kicking the party off as only he can; followed by the legendary Danny Rampling laying down some classic Balearic sounds.

Then we thought, since this is Newcastle's first ever Official Cream Ibiza Classic Party, let's get K Klass on to drop some kicking old school beats! So that’s what we did!

Also we have Newcastle's very own Home Spun boys to help keep things rocking!

Head straight to our event's page for more information!

    --------------------------------------

    DANNY RAMPLING
Danny Rampling has been a regular headliner at Cream since its inception in the early 90s. A true pioneer and an integral part of dance music culture. In 1986, Danny discovered the intoxicating Balearic sound of a little known Spanish island called Ibiza after a trip with Paul Oakenfold and Nicky Hollaway. Little did he know that bringing this back to the UK with a few others would spiral a global dance culture thats showing no signs of abating.

    K-KLASS
Another Cream regular from the 90s and one of the more omnipresent remixing teams on the British house scene, K-Klass emerged in the late '80s, founded by Andy Williams and Carl Thomas after the demise of their previous band Interstate (who had played with 808 State on the early house scene). K-Klass' single "Rhythm Is a Mystery" reached the Top Five and they began their continual residence in the club charts with later singles "Don't Stop," "Let Me Show You" and "What You're Missing," from their debut album, 1993's Universal.

massive brand with ibiza veterans in one of newcastles most mainstream clubs

jesus danny rampling has reitred more times than frank bruno did back in the day

personally i always thought his goa trance stuff was way better than the house direction he took

liquid or what used to be the ritzy / studio / tiffanys does indeed have the best layout of any in town. However, it is in totally the wrong part of town and no amount of rebranding / redressing / repackaging of the club will deter some of the dodgey toon types that go there on a regular basis irrespective of what is on.

the only thing that would get me in there is if there was a rezerection reunion party with carl cox doing a 4 hour old skool set as opposed to a techno set.
