I have a Renault Megane Coupe diesel. I have 2 issues and any help would be welcomed...

1/ Dash displays 'injection failure' when I start the car after it has been parked for a few hours, causing the orange service led to light. It starts fine, and I do not notice anything unusual, and if I leave the car, and re-enter shortly after, this warning dissaperas completely, until the car has been parked for a longer time (overnight/few hours). I havent a clue what injection refers to, to begin with.

2/ Dash displays 'oil change needed soon'. I wonder if this may be related to the above fault, and if I get the oil changed (although last done October) will it repair the above fault as a result? Also, what should I expect to pay for an oil change? I think I paid £50 last time I took it to a garage, where they used an electronic pad to reset the dash afterwards.

    Thanks

Having a French car is the main issue here.

The 'check injection' ended up being a blown glow plug - 1 of 6.

The part was just under a tenner, but cost £30 to replace. Meant to be easy enough to fit the next time it happens.

The oil change light just needed resetting.
