We can’t win em’ all Daley lad.

Sometimes even David Beckham wakes up with a spot on his arse.

...As opposed to being played off the park last week for the full 90mins against League 1 Brighton & Hove Albion, only scruffing a draw with minutes left.

    I'm not sure whats worse?

Would the mackems on here rather have got Bramble or Campbell?

Yous should have signed them both really. I reckon you would have got more games out of Campbell than yous will with Mensah!

Well bar the glaring obvious result…

As far as ‘playing football’ is concerned I wouldn’t be so cock sure when depicting our squad, you’s really struggled against them last week & only saved with 10mins to spare.

I didnt want either but Campbell is still a better defender than Bramble even now

I'm not a smoggie no, I support Barnsley and know we are shit. I do however find it funny when people come out with comments about Mensah being Champions League quality like Bruce did. Or even funnier when Newcastle fans poke fun at Bramble given Collocini's last stint in the Premier League as i mentioned earlier in this thread.

lovin all the banter over just one player

my view: Titus is a funny signing and not one i expected but i'm willing to give him a chance. If Mensah does come back then i would expect him to play with Turner.

I really wouldnt pay any attention at all to pre-season results and performances, now matter what team you are.

Look what happened to NUFC at Leyton Orient last pre-season, got absolutely gubbed and it ended up being a very good thing because it galvanised the team
