we got our current one through Acorn, who were very nice (although Fees etc. were still involved)

We pay £260 each for our house in Gosforth. 5 bed, 3 bath, terrace, dining room etc etc. very cheap imo.

Gosforth is the best place i have rented in, but it depends on the individual and what you want.

you wont look back once you have moved out!

www.rightmove.co.uk is the best place to search as most of the agents seem to use it

if you register with the main agents covering the area you are interested in, they do send you details of properties a couple of days before the bring them to the market

ive just got a new rental place lined up, and it was rightmove where i saw it first

Getting your own place is the best thing ever. I was doing my own thing when i was 16 then moved back home at 21 stayed there for 2 1/2 years then moved into my new gaff. Its much better. simple things like going home wrecked and just being able to chill out with a lass dont become a worry anymore.

My boyfriend has a flat to rent in Longbenton 2 bed as his last tenant phoned him on Sat night to tell him that he had fucked off with 5 months of his agreement left. Tenancy agreements basically mean fuck all.

I'd much prefer living at home than sharing your hospital ward.

cost depends on what housing band you're in, you're probs looking at around another grand a year or so.

Not yet hun, the market has slowed right down, no one wants to buy at the moment. I could even be out of a job if it carries on the way it is

check the housing bands in the area you're looking move into, should be info on local councils website.

if you get a cheaper rent it sometimes works out ok, worth finding out what the likely charge is and whenther there are any concessions or conditions that might be of use + if you're moving in with others then you spread the cost between you.
