I think twitter will be worth watching while the rest of the country simply goes "....?"

Not content with having the World laugh at you because of Geordie Shore and Wongagate?

Aye it's set in Hebburn and Vic Reeves is in it - the outdoor scenes all filmed on location in Hebburn, indoor scenes filmed in studio in Manchester.

It looked like a true reflection of Tyneside. Loads of drunk Rab C Nasibetts wandering around in Vests

it's in hebburn mate, not scotland.

should be a laugh, and represent the bold proletariat of south tyneside - putting it nicely anyway, or in a way they wouldn't understand.

I've enjoyed it all the way through. Definitely seems to be improving by each episode as you get to know the characters better

Vic Reeves fell from grace a long time ago. I watched last nights episode and possibly raised half a smile at a few lines, but it pretty much went nowhere for me. Ok, I've only watched one episode, but The Smell of Reeves & Mortimer suited the time. If he's wrote this (which I haven't looked in to) his battle/addiction to alcohol was obviously more important than the script as, for me, it lacks what the more educated public want these days when it comes to comedy.

Comedy has evolved and he's got left behind. Just my option though, as I'd like to see him do well again.

    It was mediocre at best.

Its not written by Vic Reeves. It's mainly written by Jason Cook who is actually from Hebburn. My mum knew his dad and is furious at how Hebburn is being portrayed. I think its fuckin hilarious

Absolute apalling show. I watched 3 eps then gave up

I know BBC have loads on their plate at the moment but whoever commissioned this utter shite with our money should do a public appology
