Vodafone = Cvnts. worst customer service ever. theyve had my v800 nearly longer than what i have. the screen went off so i gave them it back for repairs. went off again, so they sent it back, then the phone came back without the sim card holder. so they sent it down again. the phone came bck without the holder. 2 more times it came back without the holder despite the fact the people i the shop told me that it would be back the next week. during this i spoke to someone from a contact centre who said once the ohone was in the shop then i could have a brand new phone of my choice because its been back and forth so many times. 2 weeks later and my phone is scheduled to come into the shop this week. vodafone call me and ask me if ive got my phone back. i tell them no and that im not happy sanjay patel then tells me that he has reembursed me 1 months line rental and that i should speak to the upgrades department about getting my phone replaced. i ring the department only to be told that i cant have a replacement and that no line rental charges have been re embursed. i tell them i want to report sanjay and they say i'll tell my line manager which is total bollocks. i finally get some sense into the idiots head about whats gone on and why im at a loss. she tells me she wont do anything because i havent lost service. 10 more minutes go by as i explain why and how i have lost service, and that because vodafone are incompetant i have had my phone get passed back and forth for nearly 2 month. finally she sees sense and decides to let me have a new v800. alas they are out of stockl and i will have to phone again tomorrow to see if they are there. she informs me that she has put noted on the case to tell whoever i speak to that i am entitled to a ne free v800. she also tells me that shes given me 3 months half price line rental. i'll believe it when im talking on it. end rant
