    What happens in the Capital on NYE? I know there's a NYD parade thing on whcih looks good, but want to know what actually goes on during the countdown, etc??

    I wouldnt recommend it - London feels very isolated unless your in one of the clubs.... 7 million people but everyone feels like a stranger.

    ... which is why ill be up in the toon at new years :D

    Theres no need to be hard on us Alexander, its hard to top replies like this .....

    "tbf fair nat your fucked, everything will probably have something on your don't like, and they do think your a bit common in places like that if you ask for it without stuff."




    Apologies Miller - i didnt intend it :( But i will say i think NYE is limited to Leicester square and perhaps some fireworks over the thames at midnight - but you'd be surprised how low key these things are these days with the fear of terrorism and the like.

    I honestly wouldnt recommend London.
