for 24 hours wich is good cos i usally smaoke about 20-30 a day

and i havnt moved the ash tray yet to remind me of the smell and it fukking mings

i quit for ages before god knows why i started again like food tasted better everything had a stronger smell thas all gone now

i've stopped too. Last time (apart from friday night when i had 4) i had a tab was before we set off form glastonbury! I feel better already! Replace tabs with sex! ITS GREAT!

ive started again

i'm getting hypnotized on thursday in another attempt to quit!

both me and my gf are doing it together to try and encourage and support each other!

richie quit at xmas, he just said i dont wanna smoke anymore and he hasnt had 1 since!!!!!!! Strange boy!

i don't smoke many tabs & can go for days without having or wanting one.....but as soon as i say i'm gonna quit then i want to light a box of 20 & smoke them all at once!!!
