I'm still not convinced either way, see here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3680327.stm for the soldiers rebuttal of the specific claims that "prove" they're fake. Call me a cynic but I want something more definite than a government minister saying so. I do hope they are fake though
Thats the first time i've seen the 'evidence' of why they are fake. Some are a bit crap "the potato sack wasn't creased' but other evidence is good "the weapon is an SA80-mk1, possible replica" and how many squadies have a high quality digital camera like that... i don't wanna get into this argument though!
