    Cold/Flu remedies

    Are any of them any good? Been on the Lemsips and there ok for 5 mins but anyone recommend any good uns.

    Lemsip will get rid of your flu but next time it will be worse. Just try rest paracetamol (sp) and fluids. :)

    All lemsips or cold tablets etc contain is paracetamol. U may as well save the money n just buy a packet of them. Alot of the benefit of lemsips etc is psychological
