    Zone alarm problems

Ive got Zone alarm, and it asks me for a password when i want to run a programme on the net..only bother is..it is not accepting my password..so i cant start the likes of Souolseek or Kazaa etc..even when i try to uninstall it i cant because it wants a password..

Now i think someones managed to get past it and changed my password.

How do i go about sorting this out...if any of you's know?

    Help would be much appreciated

    Thanx

    reformat your hard drive!!

or if your sane (unlike me) email zone alarm and tell them whats happened.

or you could manually delete the program but not the best of ideas

DEFINITELY DO NOT delete manually. You'll leave all sorts of crap in the registry and it won't make a difference to yer problem. As Webba says, best try emailing em and try to convince them that yer not trying to hack someone elses PC.
May the schwarz be with you!

Apologies for the delete remark, pcs just really piss me off at times.

anywhoo if its a 'ahem' copy then it wouldnt be a good idea emailing them cause the coppers will be knocking on yer door

You can delete manually but your right shite will get left in the registry and there would probs be shortcuts left about ur comp!!! But if u use a program like Norton utilities then it will sort out any such probs!!!:D ;)

probably true, but working in IT, ive noticed that the boys in blue are catching up, software piratings still safe but id watch what you download.

Last month 2000+ people in sweden were sent letters by the music copyright thingy with bills ranging from £ 20 upto £50k for all the music/vids they had downloaded off kazaa. If they dont pay there fecked!
