Web sites / tools you ALWAYS use.

So what cool sites or things does everyone use on a regular basis (not just ones you go 'ooh' at and then never use) ?

... might be some good ones out there peeps aint seen yet.

    Me :

    - Google spreadsheets (to see all the money i dont have each month - use it to do a monthly budget and stuff)

    - Multimap.co.uk (use it all the time since i seem to move quite often and dont have a clue where alot of stuff is in the SE)

    - Theaa.com (Online route planner)

    - Gmail (could NOT live without this one)

Any other good ones out there? useful stuff etc?

http://www.moneysavingexpert.com full of stuff for money saving, freebies, competitions, advice, mortgages, savings, credit cards, tax, old style money saving, cheap phone calls, etc etc. Rarely a day goes by where I dont take a gander at this, its excellent.

http://www.ebay.co.uk I really am not sure how I would live without this website. Almost everything I buy is from this online haven. Love looking for cheap stuff like washing machines and wardrobes which are local, nice stuff can go for next to nothing. Cheap electrical stuff from japan, cool shoes you wont find anywhere else, and discount designer stuff.

everything else I browse for really, I think the internet is mint, I want to make mint gravy, look it up on the net, I wonder how the little magnets they put in travel sickness bangles work, i look it up, i want to know anything, I look it up online.

    MINT

    Last.fm

Great site for tracking what music you listen to and offering you suggestions of what other music you may like.

    Hot UK Deals

As already mentioned, cool site to check regularly for bargins.

    Good Tutorials

Quality site to help you create things via photoshop including everything from web interfaces to removing red eye from your photos.

    The Hype Machine

Another music one that tracks music blogs and links to all the up and coming bands tracks. Very handy if you want to listen to music from an otherwise unfindable new band. Also great for getting hold of cover tracks off the live lounge for example.

    Say No To 0870

Invaluable site if you ever have to ring a company up. Bypass their 0870 number and stupid phone system by using the local number and usually going straight through to speak to someone.

    Deviant Art

Fantastic site for sprucing up your desktop with some great artists on there.

There's just a few i use on a regular basis

    www.ufc.com - smack!

www.vcdquality.com - check what films have been released (to download, before buying later obviously :p) along with quality ratings etc..

www.torrentz.com - searches a load of torrent sites for whatever it is you're looking for. Useful for less popular/older things.
