    Unreal Tournament FREE!

    Ok, yes, i'm really tight but when you just wanna mess around with something at work or at home you don't want to be paying for it - so here's a LEGITIMATE way of getting Unreal Tournament 1 on your PC with full online playability. there's probably others but this seemed the simplest!

    Download Unreal Tournament 1 from download.com here : Unreal Tournament 1

    Then install it BUT DONT RUN IT

    Then download the 'no-delta' patch from here : No Delta Unreal Tournament Patch

    Install that. Then run the game - bingo bango!

    tell you what, not sure if i'm getting old but i can't keep up - talk about CARNAGE! still, passes the time... anyone fancy setting up a nucastle server ;)

    FFS... got it running fine at home, here now at work on a better spec'd machine - it's a right pain.

    it's either like playing on fast forward OR in slow motion?!?!? and thats with 3 different sets of nvidia drivers...

    EDIT : sussed it - had to turn 1 CPU off in task manager...

    i had that problem with Midnight Club 2 recently - it was fun to leave the 2nd processor running on the early stages while the cars were crap :D

    No it's a fps set in the future where death matches were set up to control the violence on the streets or something.. apparently :dunce: It's not meant to be realistic is many ways though so if you're not a fan of made up guns, don't bother.

    Anyone fancy some zp instagib? (IE one shot kills with the shockrifle with the zeroping mod so that your shots are fired instantyl/no lag)

    normally, i only like 'proper' army ones too Si - but this is good for a bit of fun - but if your brain is anything like mine - it all happens SO FUCKING QUICK i'm not sure whether i'm doing well or not :lol:
