The fact that I see you 5 days a week means I HAVE to ask you this question.

Why are you selling a shower when you clearly need one?

Although i probably won't be buying it, how do showers work exactly?

My m8's just moved into a house and their shower is dire. I had one and it was completely cold. I thought the hot water was sent to the shower, but someone else told me the shower itself that you buy froma store etc is responsible for the heating..

i ain't a plumber but it depends what type of shower it is, i.e. power showers, etc. but yes, decent showers heat the water then fire it out.

thats why some are £20 and some are £200

An electric shower requires only a cold feed pipe.. it heats the water through an element inside, kinda like a kettle, then it sprays it out hot..

however mixer showers have both the hot and cold feed, so you are basically running a hot tap through it... but with that being too hot to be comfortable, it mixes with whatever desired amount of cold u choose. Kinda like a mixer tap.
