thats daft really like, if it was sum redknecked hick (such as myself) there would of been no chance of an early exit, unless of course death is the option.

what was the point in sendin her there in the first place, the workshy little mug. i'm guessing theres going to be a national outrage at some point this week in america.... i hope :king:

i'll bet shes been paying a team of lawyers round the clock trying to find a way so she doesn't have to do her sentence, and now finally they have come up with a loop hole in the system to let her do it at home.

    She's back in court today.
The judge who sentenced her is having none of it and called her back to court, she may be back inside by tonight..

Just goes to show, 'justice' depends on your financial circumstances in this day and age.

.... any normal person would have been sent down for a fair amount of time for the same crime.

    Quite sickening.

You joking? When have financial circumstances not influenced 'justice'? It's a hardly a recent phenomenon.

Of course it has, although now its spilled over to celebrities .... and not just powerful people with 'behind the scenes' connections that they could influence QUIETLY.

Increasingly, mega celebrities famous for very little, get away with absolute murder (figuratively and literally), rub it in our faces in the most blatant way (like paris hilton) and we continue to worship them.

Corruption is part of society, but people seem increasingly numb to the idea of one rule for the rich, and one rule for the rest of us.

the justice system is run entirely to save the rich from the poor. now and again it malfunctions and someone rich and famous gets caught up in it. But it soon corrects itself.

    Too true

The laws have always been decided by the ruling elite though out history.

Hope for all her famillys money the judge decides to send her back to jail like anyone else.
