After a very enjoyable birthday party at the Globe we're heading towards the Kitchen at the Den. We've been wanting to use this room now for a long time and are very happy to be getting the chance to do so. ---------------------------------------------------- As our guest we have Greymatter from the Wolf Music stable GREYMATTER is one of the three original WOLF Music resident producers alongside his brother KRL, and Medlar and available for both DJ sets and live AV show. His unique take on House is a summation of a wild range of influences including electronica, jazz, 'world', soul, garage, jungle and hiphop, coupled with a general disinterest in super-clean, overproduced sonics. GREYMATTER's steely, propulsive productions and remixes are much sought after, and a relentless work rate and seemingly endless list of collaborators leave him well placed to deliver some of the most cutting edge releases and DJ sets around. His recently launched A/V show featuring animator-illustrator John Malcolm-Moore on projected HD visuals and G on audio - synchronised and improvised - is not an aesthetic commonly associated with House music, hence, heads are turning.
