    ELTON D
[UK EXCLUSIVE // BRAZIL // LIVE]

Freaky Dancing follows on from successfully launching DJ Murphy's UK career, with a UK exclusive live performance from Brazil's hottest live techno act, Elton D. Elton D has a string of releases on European, US and Brazilian techno labels, with remix work for the like of Marco Nastic scheduled for release this Autumn. Elton D's a real talent for the future, remember you saw him here first.

    ROLAND THE BASTARD
[STAY UP FOREVER // BIONIC ORANGE // INFECTED]

One of banging techno's loudest exponent's Roland The Bastard get's a shot at the University after he almost demolished the Cosmic Ballroom last year. Roland’s been one of the most influential figures on the underground techno scene for most of the last decade, heading up both the Bionic Orange and Infected record labels, and working closely with the Stay Up Forever crew, as well as pushing his hard percussive techno sound both as a producer and highly energetic DJ.

If you're wondering what he plays, his catchphrase should give you a clue... WELL BASTARD LOUD

    JULIAN LIBERATOR
    [STAY UP FOREVER // 4 X 4 // ULTRAFUNK]

One third of the infamous Liberator Sound System, and Stay Up Forever Colective founder, Julian and his Stay Up Forver cohorts pretty much created and defined the London Acid Techno sound over the last decade. Julian’s much more eclectic a DJ than that though, spending half his time living in Brazil and absorbing musical influences from all over the world, Julian will be taking up the warm up duties for the night to give him the freedom to show off the more electro style sound of his ULTRAFUNK label.

    ADAM LAB 4
[Lab 4 // Queen of Clubs]

As one half of Lab 4, Adam was part of arguably the UK's most popular live hard dance act for over a decade until Lab 4 called it quits a couple of years ago. Adam's now hand picking the best underground hard dance nights to DJ at, to continue the Lab 4 musical ethos, while launching his dark, industrial live band THE JUDUS COVEN.

Oh yes, this will be fun at least x 10...

DJ wise we've gone for a blend of old favourites & new talent in our room, and I reckon Detox have played a blinder with their line up and both the energy flash and sketchy munter rooms are bound to be rammed all night as well... I'm expecting this one to put in a serious challenge for the best party either us or Detox have ever done:cool2:

lol - ay he's not shy like, but I figured I couldn't be having Detox monopolising the bangingness so I'd programme it to build up nicely through the night then go fucking nuts for the last 90 minutes or so:wink:

    erm in what sense?

they aren't playing this one coz it didn't really fit with any of the rooms, Pete's playing both events either site of this at the Cosmic & prob the next uni gig. He's planning on moving to dubai in the next few months for a bit as his new lass has just got a job out there and he's off for adventures... think that's the plan anyway.

any more info that that and you'll have to ask him coz this is a bit public for gossip;)

We've just confirmed coaches for this via steppys, we'll post up a full list of pick up points shortly.

We're also looking for coach / minibus party organisers from other areas, and are happy to offer some decent incentives to anyone wanting to organise coaches / minibusses from other areas... PM me or melt to discuss this:wink:

nah i rekon you'll go on for a while longer if this is a hit (which no doubt it will be)

well that is, if you can be bothered to continue the whole ecstasy and agony of organising and promoting an event.
