THIS DESK HAS BEEN SOLD - PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND..


For sale is a Ikea Jerker desk, in beechwood, with extra shelf on top and 2 side 'wings' as extras. Similar to this picture:

1 x base unit (beechwood)
1 x extra shelf & extension bars (grey)
2 x side wings (for speakers or monitors etc) (grey)
+ all screws and fittings

The Jerker Series has been long discontinued by IKEA and is probably still the best desk ever to be available - so this is a rare offer!! If you don't believe me, google it and find out how many people love it and are hunting for one! eg: http://adam.pra.to/jerker/


It's in great condition, no surface scratches or marks, comes with all screws and fittings.
It cost just over £130.- new, I'm willing to part with it for £70.

As I was unable to sell it before my move it is currently in storage near the Centre for Life, so seeing it fully assembled is unfortunately not possible. Local Pickup from storage only!!

ive texted you and emailed you asking whether the desk is still for sale, and so i thought it'd make sense to reply on here as well.

I really want an IKEA Jerker desk, and being a student at newcastle university it would be extremely convenient for me to come and pick it up.

if you could post some photos of your desk and extras, and if possible the measurements of the desk? Is the desk currently flat packed and ready to go?

An extremely convenient and simple "I live locally" would suffice.

I told you these desks are sought after since crappy ikea decided to discontinue them.

What's even more puzzeling is that I had 2 people from the USA asking only for the 2 extra sideboards .. and that they were willing to pay ludicrous amounts of shipping lol.

It took me just over 6 months to get rid of this desk - I do miss it a lot. Yes, it was sold locally for only £60.- in the end.
