Fabio/Fabinho Does anyone remember what happened to Fabio/Fabinho? He was Emerson's cousin and he came to Boro to stop Emerson (and his wife) going AWOL again. He played in midfield in one cup game for us in season 1997/1998 when we had gone down to Division 1. He was the best player on the pitch and even though the fans called for him when we started playing a bit poorly, I don't think he ever got further than sitting on the bench as an unused sub. The guy looked the spit of Emmo too and I think he left when Emerson went to Spain in the middle of that season. I know he played in Brazil prior to coming to Boro, but what he did when he left is a mystery...

Think its Moriera, got the spelling for that off a 'boro barmy' web site. All it comes up with on a google search is loads of brazilian and portuguese randoms, he must be in there somewhere! My quest continues...
