have just rang me to say i owe them £167, yet they've took this months bill out my account, which was only £70.....how the fuck do i suddenly owe them all this money????????

and its no fucking wonder i owe them so much if i do, when i ring their premium rate helpline and they put me on hold for 20 fucking minutes......this just isnt my day at all :evil:

iv jus bin on2 my bank jus that second.
my bill wasnt supposed 2 cum out till 2moro, n i was checkin me internet bankin.
they had tuk me bill out 2day, made me go overdrawn. so i got charged £30. then they put the money fro my bill back in.

im fuming, apparently they are going to cut me off unless i speak to an advisor, but all their shitty lines are busy, so while im holding to try and clear my name, they are running up another 80p a min phone bill :evil:

similar thing happened to me brother with o2, he payed every month by direct debit then recieved a call sayin he owed £300 cos theyd been fucking the bills up, as they hadnt detailed it on the bill and hed payed everything on the bill he didnt pay it n they dropped it eventually

I hate it when they do that. Cost me a fortune to set up picture messaging on my phone! Rang one premium rate number, was on the phone for 10 minutes before they told me I would actually need ring another premium rate number!!!

please tell me all this stuff is true and i havnt accidently run up a £167 phone bill without realising it, the annoying thing is, i didnt have the full money in my account to pay the bill, so i went over drawn, and had to pay £30 for that, but 02 got their money....so now they want me to pay again????? hows that work out?

Change phone companies to one that doesn't charge you for ringing its customer service line?

ive got an ornage pay as u go sim card, u reckon i could just cancell my 02 contract and not pay it, or will i get black listed and stuff?
