    DVD Santa

    Been using this to convert lost etc for ppl for ages. Had no probs with until its decided to start crashing on me.

    Tried other movie files with it, re installed even downloaded it again and still crashing !!!

    Anyone no what it cud be or reccommend good alternatives??

    winavi does the job canny like , u will need to find a serial for it tho !!!

    Nero Vision - quick and dirty :up:

    occasionally the sound goes out of sync, especially with the new lost episodes....:spangled:

    I've just tried (more than a few times) to convert LOST Series
    2 Episodes 1-10 with DVD Santa.

    It took Fooking ages to convert and when it actually did, when i burnt it there was no sound :(

    Does this mean i can burn avis to DVD to watch in a normal DVD player!?

    yep.

    in earlier version of Nero, you could just use normal nero, dvd-video and drop the AVi it - it'd convert it.

    later versions (6.6/7) you have to use nero vision - no big deal, just means stick a menu on - very fisher price but u get a nice result - i downloaded a 'lost' wallpaper for the menu, got all season 2 so far on DVD
