    She's obviously a disorganized scatterbrain.

    HE IS TALKING WITH HIS CO-WORKERS:
    He must be discussing the latest deal.
    SHE IS TALKING WITH HER CO-WORKERS:
    She must be gossiping.

    HE'S NOT IN THE OFFICE:
    He's meeting a customer.
